Materials for Presentation of Public Information/Criterion 1F

Accredited programs are required to make certain performance-related data available to the public. Beginning January 1, 2018, programs are required to use the PAB-designed template for presenting this information. PAB has also developed a guide to assist programs with their unique measures of student achievement.

Accreditation Timeline for Planning Programs Accredited Through December 31, 2018

January 2016 PAB advance notice reminder of accreditation timeline.
January 2017 PAB assigns programs a Fall 2017 or Spring 2018 Site Visit and solicits preferred dates.
January 31, 2017 DEADLINE: All programs submit 2016 Annual Report.
February 2017 PAB confirms specific Site Visit date.
June 15, 2017 DEADLINE: Programs with Fall 2017 Site Visits submit draft Self-Study Report to PAB.
September 15, 2017 DEADLINE: Programs with Spring 2018 Site Visits submit draft Self-Study Report to PAB.
September – November 2017 PAB conducts Fall Site Visits.
January – March 2018 PAB conducts Spring Site Visits.
January 31, 2018 DEADLINE: All programs submit 2017 Annual Report.
April 2018 PAB makes accreditation decisions for
programs with Fall Site Visits.
October 2018 PAB makes accreditation decisions for programs with Spring Site Visits.
January 1, 2019 New accreditation term begins.

Reporting a Substantive Change

A Substantive Change is any organizational and/or programmatic change that may affect the Program’s ability to comply with one or more of the pre-conditions to accreditation, and/or any of the PAB accreditation standards and criteria. Specific examples can be found in PAB’s Policies and Procedures Manual. Programs must notify PAB of a Substantive Change as soon as possible using this form and shall demonstrate how the change(s) will allow for continued compliance with the standards.
